Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of being a pre-order based process, we will handle refunds and order cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to [email protected] with any concerns or requests. Pay attention to your order before placing it to avoid any potential issues.

We will offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  1. The buyer wishes to cancel and refund their order, and makes this request before the preorder period ends. Buyers may cancel their order but will not be refunded without reaching out and requesting their refund. Requests to refund an order will no longer be accepted after the preorder close deadline.
  2. An error was made on behalf of the Missing Scenes team (e.g., incorrect address).

We will not offer refunds for any of the following:

  1. Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or point of delivery.
  2. Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
  3. Buyer changes their shipping address and neglects to inform the moderators before shipping begins.

Replacement bundles for any damages in transit are not guaranteed, as products will be ordered and shipped based on immediate demand. Our ability to replace a product will be based on our stock and the damage occurred. Please reach out and talk to us if you encounter any issues with your order. Please keep in mind the shipping cost for damaged items may or may not be covered by the project. If we can not replace a damaged item(s), we may be able to offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
